Two Face is such a tragic character cause he was the handsome and charming DA that was going to pull Gotham out of hell along side Gordon and Batman and then Maroni splashed that acid and it was all over. He’s tried so many times to get back to his life, to get back to Gordon, and Batman, and Bruce but something always goes wrong and he ends back up as two face. And I just think it’s so sad. He is literally doomed to fail by the narrative. His loved ones are doomed to watch him fail over and over again, he truly is one of Batman’s most tragic villains.

Okay but “District twelve where you can starve in safety.” Is such a cold line. It just has a raw honest feel to it, like that’s what Katniss thinks of her district in a nut shell. I love how Suzanne Collins was able to put so much information in the first chapter without it feeling like it’s overwhelming.

People that think the Batfamily aren’t really siblings ‘cause they act horribly to each other clearly grew up as an only child cause I remember my sister and I screaming at each other and threatening to kill each other on a daily basis growing up. Once I chased her around with a knife and another time she bit me so hard I needed stitches. Like the trying to kill each other is just a sibling thing, it doesn’t mean we don’t love each other it just is.

I love that Barbara Gordon only became batgirl as a way to rebel against her dad, she wanted to be a cop and Jim laughed in her face then told her he wouldn’t allow it so she became a vigilante instead. Like what a fucking girlboss

Mockingjay is so depressing but in a good way. I got to the part where Peeta is rescued and Katniss is so excited to see him and even thinking about kissing him again like it’s so sweet but I know that she’s going to get chocked out by him in next fucking page and it hurts so fucking bad

Went to my comic book store and they didn’t have the second issue for Boy Wonder, they did have the My Adventures With Superman comic and Batman 416 (the one where Dick confronts Bruce about giving the Robin title to Jason) so that’s pretty cool I guess. I still have to go to a different store to get Boy Wonder issue two though.
